Much like the old Christmas favourites, I'm sure many of us have a range of songs that remind us of previous summers and get us in the mood for the coming season of beach trips, garden parties and lawn-mowing...well, we've got a summer playlist of schools work too!
We're already into the swing of assemblies, mentoring and lunch clubs but our 'summer playlist' of work kicks off in a matter of weeks:
The Big Step
Our Year 6 transition project will be starting soon, where our secondary school team will visit the primary team to prepare their school leavers for their Big Step.
Anam Cara
We hope to take our prayer space initiative to both Honywood and Hedingham Schools this term. Please pray that it will come to fruition and has the desired impact.
Extra Lunch Clubs
In preparation for The Big Step, we will be holding a few lunch clubs in our main primary schools, to further cement a bond between the Year 6 students and our secondary team. Please pray this goes well and many school take us up on the offer.
RE Lessons
GSUS Live's legacy will hopefully extend to more lessons this term, so do pray that the diary will fill up as predicted.
