Matt Ager • Director
Working with us in secondary schools since 1999, Matt also stepped into the role of Director in 2015.
Married with three kids, he enjoys outdoor sports, beating kids at board games and staying busy.
Interesting fact: He has a world record!
Sheena Mill • Primary Schools Worker
Sheena joined us in 1998, serving the Braintree primary schools throughout this time.
When not in schools she likes to be creative, dogwalking, tending the garden and enjoying family time
Interesting fact: She can walk on stilts!

Olive Hutchinson • Secondary Schools Mentor
Olive arrived on the scene at the same time as Sheena. Her role has evolved over the years and now loves mentoring girls in the four Braintree area secondary schools.
She loves being a mum, grandma and being arty with crocheting and craft
Interesting fact: She is an accomplished Barista

Sarah Jones • Secondary Schools Mentor
Our newest recruit, joining us in April 2020, this is Sarah's second time working with the charity. We are delighted that Sarah has taken on the role of mentor in our two Halstead area schools.
Sarah is mum to two young boys and enjoys country life in the Hedingham area
Interesting fact: Her favourite animal is a cow!

Andy Knight • Volunteer Mentor
Andy joined us in 2019, working in the Braintree secondary schools. He is a wonderful addition to the team and we love hearing from the schools how much of an impact he is making in the lives of so many young lads.
Interesting fact: His dad was one of CYO's founding trustees

As a local youth worker, Jon kindly offered his spare time to helping mentor young lads in our Braintree secondary schools. We are indebted to him for all the time he gives.
